Saxophone, Flute and Clarinet

JamalMooreJamal Moore is defined as an all-encompassing artist whose talents and inspirations are taken from all over the world. His educational background started at the Peabody Conservatory, in Baltimore where he studied classical clarinet and the R.E.T.S. technical school where he received a diploma in electronic technology.  In 2002 he moved to Boston, MA where he attended Berklee College of Music and received a BA in Professional Music with a concentration in Ethno-Musicology.

He is an accomplished multi-woodwindist, playing the flute, clarinet, soprano, alto and tenor sax as well as various indigenous wind instruments from all around the world.  He is also an adept hand percussionist predominately but not limited to Afro-Caribbean and West African drumming. He believes music is more than just the notes themselves, but a healing agent that uplifts the soul.
